Thank you so much to everyone who made Thanksgiving collard sales such a success this year. Anybody who wasn’t able to get them I am so sorry, we tried to cook all we could!!
Anybody who wants more or wants collards for Christmas/New Year NOW IS THE TIME, get on the list to make sure you get them!!

We are taking orders for cooked collards (seasoned with ham hocks from Nahunta pork center).

We will begin cooking after the first frost or in time for Thanksgiving (whichever comes first)

If you usually get cooked collards from us over the summer or before the Thanksgiving frost! Just a reminder you need to stock up now!! We have been selling more than usual this year and our inventory is lower than usual!!!!
AS OF 7/1/2024 we still have QTs and pints in stock! Get them before they are gone!!

As always these frozen collards are Guaranteed to be as good or better than fresh cooked (we personally prefer them to be frozen a few months as they seem to taste so much better then)

NCWRC needs your input by emails and written letters by July 5th 2024. They are fighting for us to have a Flunder season but they need enough feedback to take to the MFC to support them!!!!

The N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries (NCDMF) has stated they will not open the recreational flounder harvest season in 2024 due to the recreational sector exceeding the 2023 harvest allotment. To be consistent with the annual quota management measure of the North Carolina Southern Flounder Fishery....
