The buzz is becoming intense! Now taking orders for the 6th ACOTAR book, A Court of Splintered Harmony. Release Date is October 27th.
And... if you want to just go ahead and order the 7th one, A Court of Forgotten Melody, with a release date of January 12th, you can do that too.

POETRY NIGHT IS BACK AT THE NOOK!

Our first Poetry Night at The Nook was such a success that we have to do it again! Join us on September 19th for an evening of poetry, local voices, and community at The Nook.

We'll also have an open mic for YOU! 🎤

Did you know that we have several local artists that display their work here at The Nook? I'm going to highlight their work, one artist each day, for the next few days. The first artist is Joyce Meier Pully. Joyce does fiber art, metal and clay work and watercolor. As you can see she is very talented! I personally love the one with the woodland creatures and the moon. If I had a grandbaby on the way, I'd be purchasing that for the nursery-so adorable! All work is for sale by the artist.

Mark and I have been trying to figure out the perfect little treat to serve with our coffee. We batted around the idea of muffins, biscuits, pastries... but, there are already plenty of those on Main Street!

So we decided to do something a little more Nook-ish.
✨ Royal iced sugar cookies! ✨

We found a wonderful local baker who is going to create fresh cookies for us every week—and every week will have a different book theme!

And this week’s theme is one of our absolute favorites, THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR!

They are almost too cute to eat… almost.

Come grab a coffee, pick out a cookie, and maybe stay awhile with a good book. Because we think coffee + cookies + books = a pretty perfect combination.
