Job Description

You will be responsible to record and reconcile all bookkeeping records in Quickbooks online. You will be responsible to offer administrative support to the owner of this newly started family run business.

Skills & Attributes Needed to Succeed

1. Degree in business administration, Accounting or related fields

2. Minimum of 2 Years of Quickbooks online booking experience.

3. Must be literate in computer programs including:

a. Microsoft word

b. Microsoft Excel

c. Microsoft Outlook

d. Adobe Acrobat

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

5. Communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Quickbooks online.

2. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence ( email, letters, packages, etc.)

3. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

4. Maintain and file electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

5. Follow up calls to customers to insure satisfaction

6. Prepare customer quotes

7 Write Purchase Orders

8. Reconcile bank accounts
