Bret chicken enchiladas over the fire tonight.
*2 pounds chicken breast (cooked in crockpot and chopped)
*16 oz lite sour cream
*3 cups Mexican shredded cheese mix
* 3 cans diced green chilies
Mix all in bowl and spread about 1/4 cup in each flour tortilla.
Cover in canned enchilada sauce and cook over hot coals or bake at 350 for and 30-40
Minutes until hot.
