COVID-19 UPDATE: To all of our valued customers. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of you, our team members, and our vendors. During this trying time our goal is to maintain the best possible service while remaining in compliance with COVID-19 related mandates. To that end we have made the following adjustments to our operations effective immediately:
- Our office staff that can work from home will do so effective immediately.
- Our store front will switch to appointment only.
- For currently scheduled install and service appointments, we will contact you in advance to make sure you are comfortable with a technician coming to your home. If not we will be happy to reschedule for a later date.
- If an issue arises during this time we will take every measure possible to assist you with solving the problem remotely. Only after every remote or by-phone option is exhausted, and with your approval, we will schedule an in-person service call.
