Child & Me Tiny Yogi/Zumbini at (g)row with experienced instructor Clare Rainwater is open for registration!

Yoga Magic with Clare Elizabeth is an educational program that combines the goodness of yoga with the liveliness of zumbini. Activities promote cognitive and social development. Kids learn to move their bodies through gross and fine motor muscle skills. This program also focuses on the bonding experience between children and their caregivers. Classes feature storytime, breathing techniques, age appropriate poses, singing, dancing & FUN!!!
