Check your wallet — you might be sitting on something valuable. 💵⭐
Ever noticed a tiny star at the end of a dollar bill's serial number? That's called a star note, and it's actually a special replacement bill printed by the U.S. government when a regular bill is damaged during production.
Because they're printed in smaller batches, certain star notes can be worth far more than face value — sometimes hundreds or even thousands of dollars to the right collector.
What makes one valuable?
🔹 A small print run (under 640,000 is considered rare)
🔹 Excellent, uncirculated condition
🔹 Unique serial number patterns (like 12345678 or 44444444)
🔹 Older series years
