Congratulating Appliance Doctor, Inc.!

BSH recently honored Appliance Doctor, Inc. with a celebratory dinner, recognizing the team for their customer service excellence as 2024’s overall Service Provider of the Year in both the US and Canada. The BSH team, Johnny Casey, Justin Thomas, and Phil Dunn, joined them for a lovely meal and great company.



There, the Appliance Doctor, Inc. team was presented with a commemorative trophy, also marking their incredible 75 NPS score in 2024!

Please think about your condenser coils on your refrigerators or ice machines. The quickest way to kill them is lint and fur build up.

Sub Zero refrigerator drawer unit not cooling well. Gotta remember to clean the coils on the under the counter units also. Closer to the floor and pick up dirt and pet fur easier too. Wine refrigerator, ice machines, mini-fridges, etc.

I love this one. Water supply going to ice maker. Tapped onto the hot water supply line that supplies hot water to the dishwasher. Can you say yummy ice? Ummm no you can't.

Well the reports are done and we had a great 2014!!! Thank you for all the referrals and service calls! My family, friends and customers are the reason we are growing and have a strong following!
