With a couple of our girls going off to college, the cafe is hiring! We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and friendly adult to join our team. This position is typically 3 days per week with occasional weekends as needed, but will be increasing to 5 days per week while the manager is on maternity leave. Pay starts at $15/hour with chance to increase over time.
Responsibilities include:
-Providing excellent customer service
-Taking, preparing, and serving orders
-Helping maintain a clean and organized cafe
-Opening and/or closing the cafe
-Helping the manager with day-to-day tasks, such as ordering supplies, during maternity leave
-Helping ensure the cafe runs smoothly
Qualifications:
-No previous cafe or food service experience is required as training will be provided, but is helpful
-Must be willing to obtain a food handler's license if not already certified
-Must be able to accurately work with money and balance the register
-Must be dependable, willing to learn, and able to multitask
