Just wanted to throw this out there. We have some Stihl air filters, fuel filters, Oil filters for most of your chain saws. Some belts and air filters for your concrete saws. And can easily get parts in next day on some items. Our hours during the winter vary. We open at 8:00 but we close as early as 2:00. There is a number on the door and on the phone for after hours. Please don't call after 5:00. We are open Saturday 9:00 - 11:00 for now. We do original OEM parts, so our prices may differ from other venders. Microns do differ with OEM and Not OEM. If you try to get a carburetor from Amazon for any manufacturer I would recommend buying 2. Because chances are one or both with be faulty. I have Tecumseh parts in stock for your old snow blowers. We have snow blower shear pins if you have your old one or a model number. I have some small engines in stock. I have a blade for an ATV or Tractor mower in stock. I have interstate batteries. A ton of equipment for your indoor winter projects. Come see us at 305 S. Miller Ave. Where is doesn't need to be a holiday for us to have chocolate. It's always on the counter.

As of October 18, 2025 We will Open on Saturdays at 9:00 for returns. But will stay open for appointments, ONLY after 10:00. On October 21, 2025 we will begin closing at 4:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday Will be 8:00 - 5:00. If any of these hours do not work for you let us know we are more than willing to accommodate the best we can.

Along with a power screed, Grinder. Ripper stripper.
And tons of parts. Magneto's for 2 and 4 cycle engines. Spark plugs. Interstate batteries.
And chocolate while you wait.

Gillette customer's and friends, please read the following letter from our owner Pam Mondragon. Thank you in advance.



Times are changing as they say. Razor City Rental as an entity is at a crossroads. Do we stay, or do we go? During our 30 some years of operation, it was just known that you went to Razor City Rental for your small engine and equipment parts and service needs. Until the box stores came in, we were the primary source of parts and service for: Husqvarna, Multiquip, Wacker, Honda, Bomag, Kohler, AYP, Sears, MTD, Toro, Troybuilt, Shark, Karcher, Portable Heaters, and more. We are still an authorized dealer for all, and have an extensive inventory.
Covid was hard on all of us, and one of the things we lost during that time was word of mouth. People changing jobs, or out of work. New folks coming to the community with no connections. All have led to the apparent fact that no one knows we stock air, fuel, and oil filters. We also have an assortment of blades, belts, cables, spark plugs, carburetors, batteries and engine components for said manufacturers.
And don't get me started on parts look-up. Amazon is a wonderful thing. Back in the day it was the Sears & Roebook catalog, (ask your great grandma). When you need a primer bulb for your string trimmer, Amazon doesn't know whether its vented or not. And you maybe don't know either. We do, we can find the exact part you need and odds are good that we have it on hand, plus all of our parking is privileged, you can park right in front of the door.
So, Gillette and surrounding area, help us out. We need to know whether we're still relevant, or if the "big shots" have pushed out another small business. Maybe we should just sell out and move to Tahiti. We would appreciate any responses, we need to know what our next step should be.

To all of my customers who keep coming back for the harassment I want to thank you. Hopefully you understand I am under a lot of stress with orders and can only do the best I can. I try my best to match parts, but if I ask for your model number if for a good reason. And unfortunately each machine has its own model and so does the engine. Belts are not generally determined by size but by actual part number due to the precision of the dimensions. Sometimes I can look at a carburetor and walk to it, but a breather hose can get complicated. I'm pretty good at what I do and have an outstanding team supporting me. I don't mean to get snippy. I usually laugh it off. If you've heard not to come to the lions den for whatever reason your missing out. We are just out to have a good time and get you what you need. Be it rental, service or parts. We may be the smallest in town but we're the best!!
