If our Banned Book Club, our celebration of Banned Books Week every year, and our year-round Banned Books shelf doesn’t make it explicitly clear: we are not fans of anyone restricting anyone else’s right to read.

We fully respect that not every book is everyone’s cup of tea. However, we will never be in support of anyone dictating what anyone else is allowed to read. Please contact your representatives if your right to read is important to you. These bills are in Congress now, and one has already passed the House.
