This is the Texercise class at CHEER in Long Neck. They gave a cash donation towards pet food so that we can ensure the companions of our Meals on Wheels recipients get something to eat, too. THANKS, everyone! Donna Reynolds is the teacher and she plans on doing it again in the Spring.

Are you turning 65 soon? You are invited to attend one of the “Welcome to Medicare” seminars. Please call 302-674-7364 to register.

These seminars are offered by the Delaware Medicare Assistance Bureau (DMAB), a free service that provides unbiased information and assistance for people with Medicare. DMAB is your local State health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
