Each week, a new plant enters our lives that we fall madly in love with. It’s about time we start properly introducing you to our new planty loves.

Our Repotting Services:

Allow us to help you keep your plants happy and healthy with our GROW repotting services.
We offer plant repotting and refreshing at our location in Geneva Illinois.

How it works:
1. Text us a picture to 630-470-3637 and we help you determine if your plant is ready for repotting. 

2. If it is, we will set a date for you to drop it off with us.

3. We will work on it and send you a text within a week when it is done.*

4. You pick up your plants and pay our repotting free within one week of receiving the text. 


*We typically repot into a new grower’s pot for our customers as we don’t know the size of pot we will need prior to repotting. If you would prefer a ceramic pot, it needs to meet the following requirements:
1. Appropriate size for the rootball of the plant

2. A proper drainage hole

3. An unattached saucer or no saucer

Due to increased demand, we have had to make a few changes.
Important Changes:
1. We will only be accepting 6 repotting customers at a time. That includes customers we are currently working on and plants that are ready to be picked up.

2. We will only be accepting 3 plants per repotting customer at a time.

3. If you are unable to pick up your plants within a week of the “finished” text message, please don’t choose that time frame for repotting.

4. There will be additional daily charges for plants that sit with us for longer than the allotted time frame as it prevents us from bringing in new repotting projects.

5. We will not be accepting repots without an appointment. 

6. Prices will go up slightly do to increased cost of our products


Price Estimates as Follows:

4in-6in Plants : $5-$15
8-10in Plants: $20-$35
10in+ Plants: $35+

Additional costs for trellises and other possible upgrades.

We are looking for the perfect person to join GROW’s tight-knit family.
We are hiring for a part-time sales lead to start training in early-mid September.
10-15 hours per week.

While we welcome plant enthusiasts of course, this is a sales position. Excellent customer service skills are a must and plant knowledge is a bonus.

Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends, most Saturdays specifically. 
Must be willing to hustle and stay busy. 
Must be flexible and comfortable with change.
Must be able to connect with customers and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift 50lbs. 
Must understand that small businesses are different and be able to embrace the “shop small” mentality. 
Ages 16+ and must have reliable transportation.
Occasional evening hours required for special event, mostly around the holidays.

Planty knowledge a bonus but not required.
