WE ARE SO BACK 😎😈

After almost a month of being stuck in Shopify purgatory and watching the mail out orders come in without being able to process or fill them, we finally got full access to the online store. I don’t normally get to see a pile of shipping labels like this, but it is very fulfilling to see all the places our coffee goes. We have about 70 shipping labels going to 26 different states. Whether you used to live here and moved outside, or tried our coffee on a visit to our wonderful state, it fills us with pride that our coffee was a memorable enough part of your time here that you not only keep ordering from us, but also put up with us in times like these. Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and patience. We never claimed to know what we’re doing with running this business, but we’ll keep trying our best to get some damn good coffee in your cup. Sorry to all who were affected by this, I’ll quit yapping and get your coffee out the door ASAP. ❤️❤️❤️

Hey guys, long time no see. First off, I'm very sorry for the radio silence on here the last couple months. I had to travel out of state to see family in June and ever since I got back it's been nothing but speed bumps and roadblocks for the roastery. While we've pretty much got everything squared away down here, our last remaining block is getting access back into our online store. We were the target of a hacking attempt, and while Shopify flagged it in time before any real damage could be done, since our account was flagged it's also been locked. So our customers are still able to place orders, but we are not able to get into our website and fulfill them at the moment. The recovery process is very thorough, which means long. We're hoping that by the end of the week we'll be back in and able to fulfill any outstanding orders. In the meantime, we're doing business in the shop same as usual, and if you're out of town, just call in to the shop and we can get your coffee mailed out the old fashioned way.

And I will also start the giveaways back up towards the end of the month when everything has fully settled down here. Thanks for sticking with us, we appreciate you all!

We've added a few new blends to the website, including something new we're trying, our Roasters Choice line! We always get requests for single origins and more exclusive beans, and now they finally have a home on our website. The Roasters Choice will be very small batch, and once we're out of a specific blend or origin we'll be on to the next one. Right now we have some micro lot Colombian Yellow Bourbon Arabica, and we have about 30lbs on hand, so get it while it lasts.

Be sure to check in on the website and sign up for the mailing list if you aren't already, because our mailing list gets first notice of any new blends and deals on our online store. And to our locals, the roasters choice is available in store as well, so swing on by.

I think we have our next batch planned for some Papua New Guinea, so the faster we get through this Colombian single origin, the sooner we can all try the PNG.

Double post for the day but we are dealing with a new traffic pattern in front of the shop. To access your favorite coffee you'll just have to take the median crossing at the gravel pit just north of the shop and loop back up to the roastery. Just keep an eye out for the orange sign telling you where to turn in.

Hey guys! I’m so so sooooo sorry about the super late post, I wasn’t feeling well last week and just completely spaced the giveaway. The winner is Stephanie Craft!

We're absolutely loving the giveaways, but I will admit it's a lot to keep up with on top of the regular shop business. We're a small crew here, and we all wear many hats. I made some changes to the page and who can comment on the posts in an attempt to stop scammers from interacting under our posts and it looks like it worked, hopefully it continues to do so. Keep your eyes open for the next giveaway announcement in a couple weeks.
