A Small Gesture That Meant a Lot ❤️

At Integrity Storage, we often say we're in the people business just as much as we're in the storage business, and moments like this remind us why we love what we do.

One of our valued business tenants, who regularly takes advantage of our Package Acceptance Program and ships through FedEx, surprised our team with thoughtful gifts: backpacks, insulated water bottles, and colorful highlighters to help us stay organized and highlight important information for our customers. He even made sure to include a gift for our FedEx driver who works hard picking up and delivering his shipments each day.

🔹 Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenants
• Assist customers with storage rentals, reservations, and move-ins
• Promote storage units, U-Haul rentals, moving supplies, and facility amenities
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Help ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming

🔹 Housekeeper Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the storage facility
• Clean office spaces, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common areas
• Inspect vacant units and prepare them for new customers
• Assist with light property upkeep and organization
• Help maintain the professional image Integrity Storage is known for
