Long before playlists, mixtapes were how we vibed.
The first Cure song I heard was The Lovecats but my fav is THE WALK, I have loved this band for decades!!!
Finding this homemade Cure cassette alongside Cured felt meant to be. I know the love and dedication it takes to create a tape like this. 🖤

There are so many things that help create the FunkeeTown vibe, but this neon flamingo is one of my latest favorites.
Real neon with that unmistakable hum, she’s about 35 years old and still glowing strong.
Some people remember the disco ball. Some remember the jukebox. Some remember the flamingos out front.
I have a feeling this beauty might become one of those pieces people always associate with FunkeeTown.
She lights up the space beautifully. 🦩💕
