is a complete smash success. It is nothing I was expecting from a Green Arrow book, yet is just the perfect encapsulation of a Green Arrow. It’s all about class warfare, but it has this serial killer vibe and a mystery that you will be desperate to solve. It’s just one issue in and I literally cannot wait for issue 2. Did you miss it?
