The City of Galveston is studying ways to improve transportation along Seawall Boulevard and FM 3005 - and your input matters.
We’re exploring the possibility of adding a multimodal pathway to make the corridor safer and more connected for pedestrians, cyclists, transit users, motorists, and everyone who enjoys the island.
Over the years, residents have asked for better lighting, restrooms, and multimodal lanes along the Seawall. With major improvements already made to lighting and facilities, this next step could further enhance safety, accessibility, and recreation along our iconic coastline.
