Teams can rerun the race to try to better their finishing time, if time permits. The team with the fewest runs and the greatest time from their last run shall be first up after all rookies have had a run...and the process repeats. The individual or team with the best finishing time in their division win their share of 50% of the event proceeds (minimum $100.00).

The Handicapping System will divide an individual's or team's finishing time by the sum of their ages. Lowest time wins. This is the sum total Handicapping System being used for this event.

The fee schedule is set as well. Individual Registration costs are as follows:
$25.00 --- If Application is postmarked by 03/31/12
$40.00 --- If Application is postmarked after 03/31/12, but rec'd before Race Day
$50.00 --- Race Day Registration
$10.00 --- For each additional division Applicant is entering --- up to $30.00
All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

The format has also been finalized. It will be a handicapped time trial format. There will be 4 divisions --- Solo, 2-Person, 4-Person & 6- Person. The Equal Rights Amendment says there shall be no separation for Male and Female. An individual may enter as many divisions as they desire, but can only be a member of (1) team in each division.

The proposed venue will be between 8th and 9th Streets and Avenues K & L and Seawall Blvd. The race course will be around the vacant lot that stretches from 8th to 9th Street along Seawall Blvd and Avenue L.

As many of you know, I have always been in favor of our troops returning home from the middle east. Technology has again won that war for us - THEY are surrendering to remote-controlled aircraft. More importantly, the world has proven the demand for corn, as a sustainable crop to replace sugar, gasoline and diesel in the world commodities market.
The United States was founded as an agrarian society, farm-based, and has safely thrived as the world's breadbasket. I urge everyone to invest in physical corn - grow some yourself and learn to process it - and corn futures in the market. Ending our dependence on Middle Eastern Oil immediately, and put the world on a corn-based economy.

I would like to announce my candidacy for the office of President of the United States of America. My platform is simple. The Native Americans, also known as indigeneous people, shall be immediately entitled, upon my swearing in, to openly retail and allow consumption of Ma*****na on any Tribal land, subject to the same restrictions as alcohol.
