ocations dwindled to one, which finally left the boardwalk with the advent of casinos in 1979. The first offshore site, owned by the niece of G. Carl Tripician, preserved the fine quality and macaroon tradition. Ten years, two locations and much growth later, Tripician’s almond and coconut macaroons are still baked according to the original recipe in Absecon, NJ (that’s across the bay from Atlantic City). Our 2800 sq. ft. boardwalk theme retail candy store and baking facility is a must see for everyone! We guarantee our products to arrive in excellent condition to the address we are originally given on your order, if delivery can be made when first attempted.
