Pony Mailbox will be open on Wednesday 1/17/23. We are going to be operating on modified hours. We will be open from 10:00-4:30 unless conditions deteriorate. I am unsure on the status of FedEx and UPS at this time. UPS ran limited routes today. FedEx did not run.

Pony Mailbox and Business Center in Gallatin is currently seeking an individual to provide superior customer service to our retail customers. Our Customer Service Associates will take incoming packages for domestic and international shipments, expertly package items that are brought in for shipping, and provide the customer with the best options for shipping the package to its intended destination. Our Customer Service Associates will also assist customers with making copies, sending faxes. scanning documents, laminating various items, and printing from our self-service computer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year customer service experience. Computer experience is a must. Experience using office equipment such as copy machines and laminating equipment is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. In order to be hired, any applicant must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers both in person and over the phone.
• Learn all aspects of packaging and shipping a variety of items.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Be able to work as part of a team as well as work independently.
• Be able to work well in pressure situations.
• Open and close the store independently.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Retail/Customer Service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week including most Saturdays.
• Shipping experience is a plus.
• Graphics experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
