🚨 Opposing our motion for summary judgment in Brown v. ATF, the DOJ defends the NFA's registration requirement for suppressors, short-barreled long guns, or “any other weapons.”

This could establish a dangerous precedent for the federal registration of all fi****ms.

The DOJ further contends that suppressors and short-barreled rifles are “particularly dangerous weapons” and “uniquely susceptible to criminal misuse.”

The NRA will continue to oppose firearm registration and fight to dismantle the unconstitutional NFA.
