Its alive! After several months of hard work, Danny Keaton‘s new custom built Guitar lives! It turned out absolutely beautiful and plays and sounds as good as it looks.  Here’s a few pics and a short video of Danny checking it out for the first time.

I bought this 1979 fender Stratocaster California series edition many years ago to restore. She laid on my workbench until I finally had time to work on her this week. I changed her from three single coils to to Seymour Duncan home bucker. She sounds great and plays fantastic. By the way, she has the most beautiful neck I’ve ever seen on a guitar!

I am currently down to only two guitars in the shop for repair. It’s been several years since my repair inventory has been this low. People seem to be holding onto their money very tightly these days.

After a year and a half, I finally completed the restoration on this beautiful 1952 Gibson ES 295 Guitar. It turned out beautiful and plays just as well. This guitar was heavily damaged so I have included before and after pictures. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

A new custom “parts-pieces” bass guitar is born. This is one of the reasons that I never throw anything away in the guitar shop. It turned out very nice and plays fantastic.

A very old classic guitar came into the shop today for restoration. It’s an “Airline” acoustic guitar with a 1881 manufacture date stamped on the inside of the body. Actually, I’m having a hard time believing the guitar is that old, but I’ve been wrong many times before. I’m really anxious to see this one finished! My Grandmother would have loved this one!!
