☕ DID YOU KNOW?

The sweet spot for brewing coffee is about 200°F.

When water is below 195°F, coffee can be under-extracted, leaving some of the best flavors behind in the grounds. When it’s above 205°F, it can over-extract and bring out unwanted bitterness.

No thermometer? No problem.

Bring your water to a boil (212°F), then let it sit for about 30 seconds before pouring.
