Hello Galena Hello Galena! is a non profit artists' cooperative in beautiful historic downtown Galena, Ill. Take a peek inside at the treasures you will find at Hello Galena!

We have local pottery, jewelry, paintings, local music, fiber arts, local books, children's items, stained glass, photography, handmade pens and much more. We are a block off Main Street, but worth the few extra steps to Commerce Street. The store is staffed by volunteers and artist-members. Since Hello Galena! was founded in July 2004, we have grown to over 65 artists representing our wonderfullly talented and diverse local arts community.

Let’s call it the first Saturday of Summer. Let’s get over to 121 N. Commerce Street and see the artwork of 40 local artists all in one location. Anyone can own or give art when the price is right and the selection is varied. It doesn’t get any better than that! The co-op gallery and shop is called Hello Galena! It is easy to find next to the State Historic Market House on “back street”—just one block off Main Street toward the river (1BOM). OPEN: today and Sunday, also Monday from 9-5.

The sun did “come out tomorrow”; but you don’t have to “bet your bottom dollar.” Instead, go shopping at Hello Galena! It is guaranteed that you will find something special for people on your list no matter what age or interest. Find Galena souvenirs, too.
