We've had a bunch of consignment drop-offs come in, which means there are SO many new-to-you pieces waiting to be found. I’m learning that trusting God and understanding what He’s doing are two very different things.

This year has looked nothing like I thought it would. I lost my job. I lost my car. I’ve had times where I genuinely didn’t know how I was going to make everything work. All while raising my kids, working, and trying to keep building this little store and the life I believe I’m supposed to be building. And if I’m being completely truthful, there have been plenty of moments when I’ve tried to grab the wheel back

I want the plan.
I want the timeline.
I want to know how everything is going to work out.

But over and over again, I’ve been reminded that my job isn’t to have every answer.

It’s to keep showing up.
Keep doing the work in front of me.
Keep praying.
And trust God with the parts I can’t control.

I still don’t know where all of this is leading. But I do know life feels a whole lot more peaceful when I stop trying to force the entire road to make sense and just let God drive. 🤍

Maybe somebody else needed that reminder today too.
