Having a shaved ice business ourselves we understand the importance of quality block ice. We opened up our shaved ice business in 2021 and after several years of struggling with ice supply and handling of the blocks we decided to start manufacturing our own and just recently expanded our ice making to allow us to resale to others. Our story is still being written in this business adventure but the

short story is that a couple of years ago we decided to lease a building in Gainesville, TX to help our shaved ice business. Then in 2023 we needed to problem solve our ice supply so we built a ice making facility and became licensed through the state. Our blocks are solid (not compressed), are 5.5”x5.5”x13” and are 12 lbs each. Our block ice will fit Snowizard and Southern Snow Machines both. Our bags are sized to allow you to easily put your blocks back into the bag for re-use. We also heat seal our bags closed to keep blocks clean during transport and to also prevent them from sliding out of the bags while they are being transported. Hey everyone! Due to currently fighting Triple Negative Breast Cancer we have decided to step away and focus on me, treatment and our family. Snowcone 🍧season is NEAR! 🤩 To all of our snowcone stands who purchase block ice 🧊 from us please send us a message to let us know an estimate on your usage and when your first opening day will be for the 2025 season.

We will only have one location for pick up this season and that will be located in Gainesville. At this time we are still not able to deliver so be sure to bring your cooler bags or coolers for pick up.

Since this is considered our off season and our snow cone stand is currently closed until Spring, all ice block orders will need to be by appointment only. If you need ice please reach out to me.

I know right now I will be at the building Saturday for a bit and Monday morning if you are needing any blocks.

If you know you need blocks for events please reach out to me a couple of weeks in advance so we can make sure we have the quantities you need. We do have a large supply stocked for off season but want to make sure no one gets in a bind.
