Teachers have such an important job: they are who we entrust our children with to grow their minds and give them love and support throughout the day. It has been hard for our teachers for the past couple of years, and a small token of appreciation can let them know they are more than someone who watches our children in our absence. These keychains were given to some wonderful educators that have the upmost respect and care for their students.

Many of you know my work with the Fuquay-Varina Junior Woman’s Club is a very important piece of my life. Giving back is essential to the growth of our community and our volunteer organization wouldn’t reach the amount of people we do without the help of some amazing leaders. As we introduce a new team of officers this year, our members made a beautiful planter to give to our outgoing president as a token of our appreciation for her leadership. This acrylic gift tag was attached to that planter. Once the flowers stop their bloom in the winter, this tag can then become a Christmas ornament that she can keep as a reminder of our love years on down the road.
