Hi friends! Itโ€™s been awhileโ€ฆ and as you may have seen or read, we are โ€œpawsingโ€ BSC for nowโ€ฆ because we moved to Colorado ๐Ÿ”.

We plan to keep this account active and share our journey of perfecting our home roasting, other coffee roasters we are enjoying, and Jakeโ€™s adventures in the Rocky Mountain state โค๏ธ.

Two years ago we launched our coffee roasting business into the world on the day we CELEBRATE America ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ! Pictured is our first โ€œcoffee notebookโ€ we used when we had our first roaster, Jake of course and a bag of our top seller this year our Espresso blend...we are indescribably blessed to live in this country and for the sacrifices made and continue to be made so we can enjoy freedom. A few things for your ...
1. Mom + Dad are starting a garden (see behind me)... so far the only thing Iโ€™ve seen them successful grow is arugula... so this may just turn into one big lettuce patch ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚... not that much will grow with this current heat๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅต

2. My fancy cut and bow is of course from the amazing ๐ŸŽ‰ (see second photo for a close-up) They are the best and always make me feel like the fancy dog I (kind of) am ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿฉ
