As some of you may be aware, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in Feb 2021. For the past year I have gone through a double mastectomy, multiple reconstructions, and chemotherapy. My current treatment will last the next 5 years. It’s been a rough time for me, and my baking has taken a back seat.

While I decided I am going to start baking again, it is limited. Please keep me in mind if you need a cake or cookies in the future, and touch base to see if I can help. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers this past year.

This weekend’s cakes! First time making a “dropped ice cream cone” cake. The ice cream is chocolate Rice Krispie treat wrapped in marshmallow sugar paste and covered in white chocolate ganache.
