😞Roger Sweet, one of the most important creative forces behind He-Man and the early Masters of the Universe line, has passed away.

In recent years, fans had also learned of Sweet’s difficult health struggles, including dementia, making this loss even more heartbreaking for those who followed his story and supported him.

Sweet helped give life to a character and universe that became far bigger than toys. For countless kids, He-Man represented strength, courage, and the idea that good could overcome evil. For many, those cartoons, action figures, and stories became cherished memories tied to childhood itself.

His work helped shape an entire era of pop culture and inspired generations of creators, collectors, and fans who still carry that love today. Very few people get to create something that lasts across decades and continues to bring joy to new audiences. Roger Sweet did.

Rest in peace, and thank you for helping create a world so many people called home.
