A new client wanted a 1970's Marlboro Man cowboy hat so we used a pure beaver in bone • We mocked it off one of the 70's models which is in fact a 3" short brim however we built this one to 3 1/4" brim. The original also has a 2 ply ribbon hatband but my client decided on a matching felt set with no buckle. So it's a semi-replica 😉• Turned out super rad! Thanks Dean! Headed to Carmel, CA 🐚🚬•
