✨ THIS WEEKEND ✨ We can’t wait for Mistletoe Walk this Saturday from 12–5 PM! The Exchange is one of the official stops on the horse-drawn trolley route. Hop off and warm up with homemade cookies, hot cider, and a few cozy adult sips while you browse local vendors offering handcrafted goods and gifts.

Not us a week later still dreaming about so many incredible brews, all our cool new merch, and who managed to hold their steins up longer than us.

A huge thank you to Greater Freeport Partnership for putting on such an amazing event, to everyone who hung out with us in the VIP lounge, to all the local breweries and home brewers who brought the goods, and to everyone who showed up to make this the perfect day!

We’re officially just days away from one of our favorite weekends of the year—Pretzel City Brewfest! 🍻 Happening this Saturday from 1–5pm (with VIP entry kicking off at 12pm), this year brings 150+ craft beer varieties from local breweries and home brewers, plus live music, stein-hoisting contests, and more. Once again, The Exchange is proud to host the VIP Lounge in our event space, The Locale. Think one-hour early entry, 30 tasting tickets, access to special release pours, a Brewfest tee, a VIP souvenir glass, swag bag, VIP lounge access, and a chance to snag some exclusive Brewfest merch. “Christine is fabulous!...She adjusts her treatment based on the information I give her (do I want to relax, do I need work on my legs after getting back into running, do I have any problem areas/old injuries, etc?). She focuses on traditional problem areas as well as the body-specific or activity-specific needs of my body. She knows her anatomy and how to utilize positioning and or gravity to assist with her treatment. The space is catered to my desire in regard to lighting, temperature, and sound.
