“Comfrey - What needs mending?”

We are being asked to look at what areas of our lives, wether it be emotionally, spiritually, physically, our love life, work life, etc., that need healing. This process most often is not a fast one, and we’re being reminded to focus on not skipping any steps, as each one is crucial and plays a huge role in the healing process.

So slow down, identify the areas that need mending, and give yourself the gift of patience and grace. Hold space for pain to exist where it’s needed, for anger to be felt and released, for lessons to be identified and learned from, for impatience to be acknowledged and calmed. You are worth the time and energy.

Mercury retrograde has begun, and will last until October 2nd! Mercury is the planet of communication, travel, logic, and transportation, and will transition from Libra to Virgo.

We may notice ourselves being more frazzled, disorganized, stressed, conversations going sideways, technology acting wonky, and even vehicle issues. But, being aware of this makes the retrograde pass a little easier when we can separate our emotions from a situation by simply reminding ourselves that moonwalking Mercury is at play right now.

What can we expect while Mercury is Rx in Libra? It may be a bit trickier to get your point across, speak your mind, or make decisions.

What can we expect while Mercury is Rx in Virgo? Our punctuality will be tested, staying organized and focused will be a little harder, travel delays, and feeling like things are out of control.

During any Mercury retrograde, it’s crazy important to make sure you are careful with signing any contracts (and if you do, be sure to read, reared, and reread again for any fine print), making big travel plans, starting new relationships, and for the love of the universe, don’t answer your ex’s attempts at rekindling that old flame! JUST DON’T! Anything started during this period may have a pretty veil over it, and has a good chance of not working out the way you want it to.

It’s best that we take a step back from stressful situations and focus on breath work to recenter ourselves. This aspect is a rough one, but it isn’t the end all. We will absolutely get through this one better as long as we use this knowledge to our advantage.
