LET’S BE HONEST — MENOPAUSE BRINGS CHANGES WE DON’T EXPECT.
And yep, body odor is one of them. 😳

For me, baths have always been my go-to for decompression. But when I started going through “the change,” they became more than that — they became my secret weapon.
I’ve always taken two baths a day (I mean… I am a Bath Slut). But when I slipped out of my routine, I noticed something new.
A little odor.
I was like: “Wait — what’s that smell?!”
That’s when it clicked — my daily baths weren’t just relaxing me, they were keeping my body in balance.
Now I’m back to two a day:

🌙 one before bed (and yes, I sleep better).
They don’t have to be long, drawn-out, hour-long ordeals. Fifteen minutes is plenty. The key is submerging your whole body and letting yourself really soak — every inch of you — and giving your body that moment to exhale.
Afterwards, I apply my body oil everywhere —
yes, even armpits and the whoo-ha!
