Fredericksburg Fudge Crafting Handmade Fudge in Fredericksburg, Texas since 1981 This is where we call home. Our fudge is still hand-made in small batches in copper kettles.

Fredericksburg Fudge Company is located in Fredericksburg, Texas, a small town located in the the rolling Texas Hill Country west of Austin and San Antonio. Fredericksburg was settled by German immigrants and is famous for it's well preserved German heritage.
