Frederick Health Auxiliary Select Seconds Thrift Shop Select Seconds is a thrift shop operated by the Frederick Health Auxiliary in Frederick, Maryland.

It is exclusively staffed by Auxiliary volunteers and all proceeds go to the Frederick Health Hospital. Select Seconds is a second hand, or thrift store, staffed by Frederick Health Auxiliary volunteers. The goal of this page is to promote current sales, events, and new merchandise at Select Seconds. We welcome volunteers to work in the shop, either in the front of the store or the back.

All of our merchandise is donated by the public. Donations include items of clothing for women, men, children and infants; jewelry, small furniture items, toys and games, shoes, household items, linens, art work, antiques, collectibles and small electrical items. Donations are gratefully accepted at Select Seconds and we will gladly provide a receipt for tax purposes. We expect a basic level of civility; profanity or abusive language is out-of-bounds. Posts that are off-topic, solicitations, or posts clearly promoting a commercial product may be deleted if they are deemed inappropriate by page administrators. We reserve the right to make adjustments to this policy as needed.
