Sometimes an 18” just isn’t enough.
For this Type R build, the goal was simple, create a serious SPL monster. We stepped it up with a Digital Designs 21” 9900 series woofer designed to move some serious air, backed by 3000 watts from a DD SS3000 amplifier.
To keep everything running strong, we upgraded the charging system with a high performance battery and completed the Big 3 upgrade, ensuring consistent power delivery even at full tilt.
And because no build is complete without style, we added underglow lighting using proven PMR lighting kits to finish it off right.
This setup hits hard, as long as the Type R’s back window can handle the pressure.

TF Mobile Tinting brought his boat by to get the system updated before he takes it out this spring. We replaced all the 20 year old speakers with Digital Designs D series speakers powered by an SX4.1000 and added 2 Triton Audio 10” marine subwoofers powered by a Triton PS1000.1. The clarity the DD speakers deliver and the power the Triton subs add to system are nothing less than impressive

2013 Audi TTRS came in for a serious audio upgrade. The owner wanted to give up as little of space as possible so we custom fabricated a fiberglass enclosure to house a Digital Designs SL612 subwoofer. Hertz Centos front and rear for mids and highs, all powered by a Digital Designs SS5.500. And a Pioneer WT5000NEX 9” floating screen radio to bring it all together

Here’s this weeks highlights! A Pontiac Solstice GXP came in for backup camera and a Pioneer W3000NEX upgrade. The 5th generation Camaro got the works! We installed a W3000NEX, backup camera and Momento dash camera to keep this new driver safe. Last but not least we installed a customers Sony ES 10” subs and DB Drive WDX 1000 watt amp in his 2025 Civic
