In anticipation of New Year's Eve, we are counting down some of our favorite bubbles here in the shop!

First up is Agarena Brut Cava! This a-typical Cava is produced only from the Macabeo grape and takes on high acidity, green apple, white flowers and lemon. The bubbles are lively and the wine is aged for 9 months on the lees. You'll find a creamy, sparkling wine that's perfect for fried foods!

And guess what? It's only 10.99 making it a perfect sparkler to drink straight up or mix for mimosas the next morning!
