It's gray. It's cool. Honestly, it's pretty slow here today.

But like other small businesses all over America, we show up, catch up on our overdue tasks, get to deadheading, or pruning, or spreadsheets, or fixing the irrigation nozzle in greenhouse 15.

Work can be hard, maybe even boring when it's slow. But the work we do on days like today makes certain that when the clouds break and you visit us, our plants are in their top shape.

Our farm bouquets are something else- each one different from the others, which is what happens when the field decides what goes in the vase instead of a warehouse in another state. All of our farm bouquets are straight from Winding Stair Campground's Mountain Farm, no sprays and no shortcuts.
