A lot has happened since I posted last: I lit a couple of indoor pools, lectured to some great folks, finished several kitchens, I traveled with my architect friend and did some magic in the desert, I lit a bunch of art, I hugged my beautiful cousin, I brought someone new into the lighting profession, I saw the eclipse in totality, I saw a beautiful sunset, I went to New York and saw a play. And now I have five cats. I'm not sure how much more happy and lucky I could get frankly.

Good things happen for a reason. I have an interest in lighting education. Most of the seminars I’ve given are because I try hard to bring words of light to people who will hear them. I tell myself that this improves the world. (It’s all about the lighting in case you did not know !!)_ The greatest satisfaction I experience is when a person I’ve guided blossoms into lighting position prepared to take over the world. Such is the case of Padawan Linh Hoang who is now Lighting Designer at NBBJ in Seattle, Washington. I am really proud to have participated in her quest. Look out world…here comes Linh !
