I have some exciting (and big!) news to share!

Eric and I are officially under contract to acquire the historic Hico Mercantile in Hico, Texas - a deeply rooted, iconic property that has long been a destination in its own right. This is more than an expansion; it’s a strategic step into creating something much larger than any single store.

With this addition, we are building a true portfolio of retail experiences:
• The Market at Ridglea
• The Market at Aledo
• The Market at Keller
• Hico Mercantile

Importantly, the Hico Mercantile name will remain, preserving the history and recognition of this special property.

Eric and I have fallen in love with Hico, TX. If you have not been for a day trip, get a date on the calendar. There are amazing restaurants, fabulous shopping, live music, and hangout spots galore. Their Annual Steak Cookoff is not to be missed!!

Stay tuned for exciting updates throughout the summer! Cannot wait for this new chapter in The Market story 💕
