This weekend's roast of an Ethiopian dry process coffee was a fun new challenge to roast. One of the bathes was a but baked, but I got it dialed in and today's pour over brew, via the Hario Switch, is fruity, sweet, with a hint of spice. Everything you want from a a coffee like this.

Cupped yesterday's roast of a Costa Rican dry processed coffee. Took some work to dial it in, but I'm getting really pleasant notes of blueberry, some spice, with a syrupy body. Honestly I thought I botched the roast, and it probably is slightly muted from this coffee's potential. But DANG, this is a solid cup of coffee!
