Late lunch to have this amazing sandwich, The Mel Man. I’m not a BBQ sandwich fan, nor am I crazy about chopped beef. The Mel Man is truly special.
The off menu special was texas Tw***ie boudin. Amazing!

The lean brisket was one of the best in Texas! The made jalapeño cheddar sausage was awesome!

Really good BBQ Trinity Plate from today for lunch. Lean brisket was awesome, with a nice salt and pepper bark.
The spare rib was one of the best I have ever had. Perfect candy outside and doneness was the best I ever had.
I will definitely return, as this menu has tons of hidden gems to it.

The BEST Tex Mex BBQ in Texas is in Grapevine. The Pastrami taco is something magical, and they have one of the best Birria tacos you’ll ever try!
Brisket and Chipotle Cheddar sausage are fantastic!

Great afternoon lunch from in Royse City! Brisket was on point, and Turkey was moist and excellent! Awesome side item of brisket popper egg rolls!

Finally made it to near Killeen. So damn good on all fronts. Those Bloody Mary deviled eggs are to die for!
Brisket was cooked to perfection, ribs were awesome, and the poblano cheese grits are straight 🔥!

There’s this place in South Side Ft Worth, called that is throwing out some damn good plates!!
Brisket and sausage were awesome and the Beef Burnt Ends were the star!

The Gold Standard for smoked chicken is outside of Waco, Tx. Hands down the best chicken you’ll ever put in your mouth!
Oh yeah….the BBQ is Top50 according to and the as well.
