Before you mow, make sure your cutting height is set properly. A simple adjustment can make a big difference in the health of your lawn.

A good rule of thumb is to never remove more than 1/3 of your lawn’s height in a single mowing and avoid taking off more than 1 inch at a time. Keeping your lawn a little taller helps retain moisture, encourages deeper roots, and naturally crowds out weeds.

It's a good day to give the mower a break. 🌧️

Cutting wet grass can damage your mower by straining the engine, clogging the deck, and accelerating rust.

Wet grass clumps together, reducing airflow and clogging the chute, which can lead to overheating, uneven cuts, and potential damage to the blade and deck.

Best to wait until the grass is dry.... which we hope is soon!
