At today’s market I served as samplers my OG tea Skinny Detox based off Hibiscus and Rooibos as an iced tea. On these hot summer days an iced tea is popular. Your typical iced tea is literally loaded with the worst sugar. My tea is naturally sweet with a hint of tart, similar to a mild cranberry but not as dry.

Loving market days, a big thank you to Monica and her team for putting together this weekly event at offering the community an experience of assortments of food, shopping, music, and an area that’s inviting to get together with friends and family with lounging area options. Look forward to doing it again next Monday!

Thank you Lake City for hosting Growers & Makers Market. It was a great success (until the rain 🥲). I met so many of our locals and fellow vendors.

Thank you to for being such a great booth vendor, loved watching you educate about your CBD goodies. Thank you to Ms. Philips for managing such a great event. A special thanks to the Empanada food truck, I can’t wait to have that chicken empanada again. It’s the best I’ve had since I can’t remember, and that’s not an exaggeration. The banana nut bread from a lovely family (had pickled veggies too) was a great way to get my day started with a cup of my Alerta-Tea. And a special thank you to everyone that came by and said hello.

I take this as a compliment. I was almost denied opportunity for a Farmers Market because they thought I was a reseller of corporate products (private labeling)and had similar product to another vendor (herbs & spices). I understand the confusion, I really don’t know many other Tea companies that don’t mass produce and do hand make each and every teabag. Is a meticulous process that I do with love.

Not everyone has the time, the ingredients/materials, knowledge to make their own cup of tea from loose leaves. That’s why I wanted to provide high end loose leaf quality with the conveniences of teabags. Helping a new group of people to quality they may have never experienced before. And as they/you start falling in love with quality tea (not the cheap dusty stuff you get at the grocery market), may venture out to loose leaf options.

So it’s a compliment to be mistaken for a corporate product. I strive for my ingredients to be top quality, but just as important is the entire experience. The moment you see my logo, my teabags, the packaging, your shopping bag. Every single letter, color, paper was created with a passion and love from me to you.

I like to think that I’m your personal assistant making you a loving cup of tea every day.
