Do to a few issues on 2023 this rules are now necessary

RULES
1. I DO NOT Provide refunds. I do however, provide credits or exchanges on unopened merchandise. Fixed and prepared candles are not exchangeable.
2.Due to the increase of business, and the lack of compensation for my energy, I am no longer able to discuss personal situations, have vent sessions or answer multiple questions freely. Personal consultations/ counseling sessions are $55 for 30 minutes or $88 for an hour If you need my time.
3.DO NOT RANDOMLY expect me to drop everything and deal with your personal situations, i’m working and also have my own things to deal with, please be respectful and schedule a time.
IF I OFFER to do something for you FOR FREE don’t try to RUSH me to get to it. Be appreciative that it’s free and wait until i’m able to get to it.
4.SPELL CONSULTATION fees are $100 for an hour. Consultations are a prerequisite for all cases which includes a reading for your case(*up to 1 hour consultation) If you choose to purchase a spell without a consultation because “you know what you want” don’t ask my opinion on anything.
CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT NECESSARY TO ORDER PRODUCTS.
5. Readings are only on Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays. Readings must be paid to book your slot. Readings are $100 for an hour with 8 questions(unless you would just like a general love or general life reading.) Ask for individual prices for reading..Please inbox me when it’s time for your reading.. If there are more questions at the end of your reading, there will be a fee for extra time. Or you may schedule a reading for a later date or time. MY PERSONAL READINGS ARE VERY LIMITED
SPELLWORK
Please allow 2-8 BUSINESS weeks for your spell to be performed UNLESS U PAY TO EXPEDITE YOUR WORK WHICH JUMPS THE LINE. Your spell will never be done the same day. There is a line. Be patient. Too much entitlement has been going on lately I dont perform microwave magick. If I have to travel to you for your spellwork there will be a travel fee and it must be booked 3 weeks in advance … SOMETIMES In certain circumstances this time may by exceeded if that happens we will discuss individually. If we discuss something different personally, then that will be your Time frame. I have no choice but to do this. If you know you are getting a huge spell, know that I have to have the energy to perform this working. I deal with spirits so there’s a lot that comes with this process. Please do not continuously ask me about your work unless there is something you would like to add. IF you REPEATEDLY ASK me about work you will be pushed to the back of my line and be pushed into my ignore box. No questions asked. If you want to write your own petition, let me know during the consultation. I will reach out to update you before the time frame has passed. Retrogrades or emergency life situations may cause certain delays.
📢📢PAYMENT PLANS📢📢
Due to multiple clients abusing this convenience we now have some rules. If you opt for a payment plan all payments must be paid on the agreed date within 4 payments and a 40% down payment must be made. If you default from that date and your payment is late you will have a $150 late fee or, you will forfeit your entire spell and you will be blocked from future services. I’m tired of having to chase people down for payments. It throws off my schedule, my shipping, my bills and it’s just flat out inconsiderate. If I have 20 people on payment plans and NOBODY pays anything on their work for weeks and months at a time (yes, MONTHS) that puts me in a position and makes for a lot of confusion and added stress to my life. Since people keep taking advantage of the payment plan, I have to set this policy in place.
Do not reach out to me with disrespect or demanding behavior. I will ignore and block you. Do NOT tell me how to do my work.

Me to move faster please PAY EXTRA I get back to everyone quickly and efficiently as possible. I have a full time job So when you message me, please give me time to respond. I make to order. I don’t mass produce/ bless anything. Therefore you receive the best quality each time. I personalize all items, meaning I can make you something for any situation and conjure oils and candles for any intent.
