Thursday night we’re doing something special and we want you to be a part of it! Celebrate Christmas Eve Eve with us, good drinks, and some special food! We’ll have some live musical performances and around 7:30 we’re inviting you to join us to go caroling!! It’s going to be a fun night full of great memories to be had!! Changes!

There are some changes to the way fireworks will be viewed this year:
• The fireworks will be launched from the frontage road along the Mississippi in Riverview Park. That walking path will be closed all day.
• The Sixth Street entrance to the park will remain open for boaters to access the marina and safely launch their boats, but will be closed before the show starts for safety.
• Business 61 will be closed from 2nd to 6th Street to vehicular traffic. However, viewers will be able to sit on the newly finished section of highway during the presentation.
• Due to liability concerns, the construction zone from 6th Street to 10th Street, and the Pen City parking lot, are not available as viewing locations and attendees are asked to not go past the barricades or be near the construction equipment.

This will be the 13th year that Fort Madison Partners (the combined efforts of the Chamber of Commerce, EDC, and FM SIRRC), Beautification Foundation and Sports Complex will coordinate the display along with J&M Displays and the City of Fort Madison.

Things are Heating up Downtown! Welcome! We can’t wait to come and support you!

We are excited to announce that we will be opening a second place in Fort Madison. Corks and Barrels will be offering a large selection of our wine menu but will also be offering a large selection of whiskey. We are excited to be soon offering two great places for Southeast Iowa. Stay tuned as we begin to transform this already amazing space!
