Q4: "What positive habit did you develop this year?"

๐ŸŽ„ I definitely practiced mindfulness more this year. I allow for my emotions to come and then I explore those feelings. I used to be the kind of person that would bottle things up so I'm really grateful that now I have a bit more emotional intelligence.

Q1: What was the biggest lesson you learned this year?

โ„๏ธ For me, the biggest lesson I learned was taking ๐™›๐™ช๐™ก๐™ก accountability for everything in my life. This ranges from my love life to my work life. Sometimes we are our own biggest enemy and that can be a tough pull to swallow but itโ€™s also a pill that is empowering.
