Let’s talk Vitamin C

We’ve all heard it’s a great super antioxidant for boosting immunity but let’s dive into why this vitamin is so good for you at a cellular level especially during the summer!

Are you familiar with heat exhaustion?

Heat exhaustion signs and symptoms can include — heavy sweating, cold or clammy skin, dizziness, faintness, a rapid or weak pulse, nausea, muscle cramps, and a severe headache.

Heat exhaustion floods the system with free radicals. Vitamin C neutralizes the free radicals and prevents them from causing organ damage.

Vitamin C helps reduce the fatigue from heat exhaustion and recover lost stamina.

Vitamin C helps regulate inflammation and stabilize cellular function.

IV vitamin C is a great option because it bypasses the stomach which may be experiencing nausea or other GI distress from heat exhaustion. An infusion can help give almost instant relief through the entire body.
